With over 30 years of experience at the intersection of business and digital technology, she has helped businesses of every size capture their direct revenue through every major technology shift, from the earliest search engines through social media, mobile, and now AI.

Donna's focus has never changed: making sure independent businesses, hotels, golf resorts, realtors, and direct-booking operations, own their customer relationship and capture revenue directly, without being dependent on platforms that put their own interests first.

She built ALFIE after watching hundreds of good businesses quietly lose direct bookings to AI systems that didn't know they existed.
